More Life Drawing

In this life drawing session, the main focus was to draw various different images of people or creatures that didn't follow the regular human proportions. The idea was to see just how well we were able to draw the unrealistic proportions.
I found this session fairly tricky, in a large part due to having to draw based on flat images projected onto a wall, rather than having a 3D model.
The first 3 images are basic line drawings a first a muscly man, then Batman and finally a muscly woman. I'm pretty pleased with them for basic drawing, as for the most part the proportions fit those of the reference images.

The next two images are ones I was able to go back and spend slightly more time on by adding some colour and shading. Again i'm fairly pleased with how they look with most of the proportions being correct.
The final two images of a pig man and a house elf are the two i'm most pleased with from this session. Both of them turned out really well with nice use of shading and colour.

Life Drawing

The first 4 images were quick 10 minute sketches, focusing mainly on shading and showing different textures and materials. The last image is still focused on shading and textures but took 30 minutes.

More life drawing
30 minute sketch using multiple colours, with various different shades of colour used to add definition and shading. Cool colours used for the model with brighter, hotter colours used for the rope.
Above are two sequences of quick poses. The first sequence was done in a light yellow in order to give it a calm feel, the second sequence is done in red to give it an angry feel.
Move boards for my character.
First move board is ideas and styles for my characters appearance. The left of the move is smart, professional clothing which would be worn day to day when the character is at his home, the right side is clothing and equipment which would be worn while exploring/working.
The first environment move board is based around the environment in which my character grew up and currently lives. Essentially it's a large country house which has become more dilapidated over the years.
The second move board is basic ideas of the environment in which he spends most of his time now. They are all quite remote and harsh environments.
A few reference images taken at The Collection in Lincoln. Many of these will used in some way as part of my environment design.

Here are two sequences of sketches,  with two minutes given to draw each pose. The lines across both sequences were used in order to get each pose roughly the same size.

A basic perspective drawing including three figures, all drawn to the same scale.
45 minute sketch of the corner of the room, the model sat on a chair with a bench and a close up view of his head and hand projected onto the wall with some shading.

Here is a fairly simple photo manipulation which I created using the two images above, both found on Google.
I have included two versions of the manipulated image, the first image is much brighter, set during the day while the second version has been edited to fit more of an evening time setting.
